Regan originally hails from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After college, she moved to Spain and fell in love with the country, deciding to pursue a legal career in both the U.S. and Spain. Upon obtaining her U.S. law degree, Regan commissioned with the U.S. Army JAG Corps where she served for six years.

Regan held a variety of positions in the JAG Corps. She also knows enough Czech words to order a beer when she is visiting her husband’s family in Czechia!
